Consultants and Actuaries

Christopher Smith is a Consultant in GRS’ Southfield, Michigan office.  He has more than 26 years of actuarial experience, with 19 years specifically dedicated to public sector benefit plans. Chris works with local and statewide public employee retirement systems and OPEB plans in Michigan.

His actuarial experience includes plan valuations for funding and accounting purposes, experience studies, retiree health valuations, benefit design cost analyses, and benefit calculations.
