Consultants and Actuaries

Cassie Rapoport is a Consultant in GRS’ Denver, Colorado office. She has more than 8 years of actuarial and benefit consulting experience. Cassie has experience working with statewide and local retirement systems in multiple states, including Arizona, Oklahoma, Colorado, Texas, Wyoming, Illinois, and Maryland.

Cassie’s primary actuarial responsibilities include the preparation of pension and retiree health valuations, plan design studies, funding policy analyses, experience studies, actuarial audits, and projections. Her defined benefit plan expertise covers traditional defined benefit plans, cash balance plans, Deferred Retirement Option Plans (DROPs), and cost-of-living provisions. Cassie also assists clients with plan administration through the preparation of benefit calculations and benefit statements.
