NCPERS Releases Legislative and Regulatory Issues Book for 2025
Recently, the National Conference of Public Employee Retirement Systems (NCPERS) released its report, 2025 Legislative and Regulatory Issues Book. The comprehensive resource provides detailed information for various legislative and regulatory issues that may impact public pensions. In addition, NCPERS indicates their position on each of the issues identified.
The resource serves as an important guide to understanding current policy developments and their implications for public pension plans.
